What did you want to be when you were younger?

Criminal Defense Attorney (Lawyer)

What is your most pertinent life hack/lesson?

No one is as focused on or as worried about you as you are. Being your biggest advocate goes the furthest and lends itself to your ability to meet challenges head and reach your dreams.

 

Prior to joining Eliot Partnership, Amanda was a Senior Associate at an executive search firm aligned to the Global Insurance Practice. She focused on C-suite level placements, encompassing all lines of business: P&C, Life, and Health insurance. Amanda has experience working with both insurance and reinsurance carriers, in addition to brokerages, TPAs, and MGAs. She began her career in the insurance industry after graduating from New York University with a degree in Metropolitan Studies. She was initially an Underwriter with the National Public Entity Practice at Chubb where she gained extensive experience in the non-admitted and surplus lines markets. Later she explored the brokerage side of the industry as a Broker with the Large & Complex Casualty Practice at Willis Towers Watson, based out of New York City.

 

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys participating in recreational volleyball and kickball leagues. She also has a deep passion for travel and concerts.
